Oso Lake offers a range of activities and programs to students of all ages. If you’re considering planning a trip to Oso Lake, here’s everything you need to know to make your experience a success.
Booking Your Trip
To book your trip to Oso Lake, you’ll need to review and sign the event contract. It’s important to reserve only the number of spaces you’re confident you can fill, as attendance cannot be dropped below the guaranteed minimum as stated on the contract. You’ll need to make a 25% deposit to confirm your date, with the final payment due 15 days prior to the event start date.
Medical Information
Medical information will be handled through an online system designed to collect health records, waivers, and code of conduct forms. You’ll need to review and complete the Ultra Camp spreadsheet for each student, including their first and last name, date of birth, and parent email.
School Presentation
Oso Lake offers pre-camp presentations to help prepare students for their experience. You’ll need to schedule a visit at least one month prior to your arrival to arrange for a team visit to your school.
